Dogs followers:
I have found two of dogs followers items recently. The earths and the creatures. You can get these any time in the game

Creature:
At the start of the game exit the first building and go next to the gate with the dog in it. Go to the top corner of the gate and you should notace that it is different. Open the gate and the dog will run out dropping his shiny coller.

Earth:
In the first town go to the grave yard (you will need some experience or a mercinary/orc to kill the ghouls). After killing some ghouls a bone will be left behind, that is the earth followers item.

Lots Of Karma:
Get some karma and put it in fire arms and body. Beat some people in the arena (u should save after each kill) if u can get the shotgun in the gun store. go to te first town and kill ghouls in the graveyard, this should give u a lot of karma, the more u have already gotten the harder this will be.
