After you beat King Dedede (at least), go to options and you will find “M” for “Minigames”. If you complete all minigames 100% you will unlock “J” for “Jumping”. This will help you practice for goals.

Get “J” for “jumping”

Beat at least King Dedede and you will find “M” for “Minigames” in options. Complete the “Minigames” without getting anything wrong. If you do this, you will unlock “J” for “Jumping”. This will help you to practice the goals of levels.
