Theres one creature who keeps giving those blue balls to raise your fairy jewels its one of those flying creatures in the ancient ruins only 1-2 monsters give them if you want loads. Its the one where you have to jump on a flying block and have to go across some where about 10-15 squares of electicity. When you found that room you have to kill all flying monsters to find the blue balls and go out the door and go back in to kill the creatures again so you can get another blue balls repeat this over so you can level up your fairys.
